My Experience:
I have been using this lotion since past couple of years. I have
normal skin on my body & with the changing weather the dry/stretchy feeling
is back. Now that I’ve started using it again, thought of reviewing for all of
you.
As you can see it comes in a bright orange bottle and a
white flip cap. I’ve travelled with this many times and it never gave me any
kind of problem.
It’s a creamy white liquid. Not very thick
and not runny. Spreads easily and evenly when applied.
Gets absorbed with a little massage and does not feel greasy
at all. Just refer the picture below. It just gives a supple and moisturized
look to the skin and it remains that way for a good 8/9 hrs.
The only thing is it may not work for overtly dry skin in
extreme temperatures. Dry skinned beauties can use it all year round except for
winters.But here in Mumbai it is just the right kind of solution at this time
of the year.
There is a bit of caution which I would like to point out.
Never ever use it on your face. Once I ran out of my moisturizer and applied
little bit of this on my face and it broke me out so badly. :( later when I searched
for the ingredients there was this pointer in the red box (refer 3rd
picture) that says “Do not apply on face”
. learnt my lesson. :||
Let me summarize the pros and cons for you all.
Pros:
1. Nice colorful travel friendly packaging.
2. Moisturises without making the skin greasy.
3. Lot of natural ingredients.
4. Reasonably priced.
5. Skin definitely feels softer after application.
6. Effect lasts for whole day. I don’t feel the need to
reapply. (I’ve normal skin)
7. Gets absorbed in a minute.
8. A very small quantity is required. So a little goes a
long way. This is my last yrs bottle which still has 1/4th quantity
left :P
Cons:
1. The smell. There is something very
chemical about it. :/
2. Contains paraben
My Rating: 4.00 out of 5
Recommendation: Yes. I would definitely recommend it to all
the normal to oily skinned people who does not need heavy moisturization like
in some parts of Northern India.
If I am going to buy this again????
Actually this is my 3rd bottle. ;) So I would
like to experiment with some new variant. But ofcourse I can always come back
to this.
