Review by Smitha
This is a review on “Color Riche Lipstick” from L’Oreal in shade #114 Tender Pink.
Price: Rs 785/-
Packaging: L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Lipsticks come in a gold packaging .The bullet has the brand name ‘L’Oreal engraved onto it.
Texture: The texture of L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Lipstick is very smooth, creamy, moisturizing and glides on like butter.
Fragrance: it has a strong perfume odor when applied. That scent fades quickly while wearing it, but I personally don’t like that smell.
Pigmentation: They are much pigmented and give full coverage in a single swipe.
Finish:The finish is very moisturizing, slightly glossy look and feels light and comfortable on the lips.
Staying Power: The staying power is 4-5 hours. Fades evenly.
Shade #114 Tender Pink:
The shade of the lipstick bullet is darker than what it applies on lips. Tender Pink is a warm rose pink shade with a hint of brown. It has a creamy finish and does not contain any shimmer. It will make a flattering nude/MLBB for Indian skin tones especially medium skin tones. Even when worn with nude eye makeup, it looks lovely!
What I like:
- Sturdy, classy Packaging
- Good color payoff
- Glides like butter on the lips
- Soft, smooth and creamy texture
- Very Moisturizing
- Does not settle into lines or bleed
- Wears evenly
- Feels very comfortable on the lips
- Lovely everyday shade.
What I don’t like:
- I don’t like the smell.
- Because of its soft creamy texture, it might melt a little in hot weather.
L’Oreal Paris Color Riche Lipstick 114 Tender Pink is brownish warm rose pink which is a very versatile daytime color, appropriate for work that works as a lovely nude. MLBB shade on my medium skin tone. It’s a very pretty, well-balanced pink for those who don’t like pale pink. The formula is excellent – creamy soft texture, very pigmented, Very moisturizing and good wear time. It accomplishes the natural, but not naked look, even without making up your eyes to be Smokey. I definitely recommend this shade to everyone especially for working women who prefer neutral/natural pink lip colors.
ETM Edit* Wow! All of you are doing so good with photographs. I need to improve my own now! And you seem to be a fan of Rosy browns Smitha. The other Chambor silk touch Lipstick “Silk Rose” (Click for Review) you reviewed is also similar if i am not wrong.Would have loved to see it on your lips.
