Stay Matte feels lightweight.  It glides on smoothly to provide even, natural-looking, long-wearing coverage that effectively conceals imperfections while revealing your natural flawless matte perfection.  And, because it is free of fragrance, oils, parabens and talc, and because it won’t clog pores, it’s great for all skin types.

My Views on the Rimmel Compact:
Ever since I got this pressed powder through an online website, I had not touched any other compact. Just coz this compact fulfils all the needs that you can ask from it. It brightens the complexion instantly and covers the minor imperfections very well. It keeps the oil/shine away from the face for several hours (I have normal to dry skin for reference here). Even my HG compact which is the Revlon Touch & Glow had been sitting aside nicely since I have this 1 ;).
Shade: This compact is available in 7 shades and once can easily find a shade matching to their skin tone among these. I chose the shade Warm beige which is an exact match to my medium to fair yellowish toned skin color.
A heavy swatch which blends perfectly
Texture & Coverage:The compact has a soft texture which applies and blends in nicely on the face. The compact sits tightly packed in the case and does not fly around at all when you use a brush/puff for application. Only a small point to notice is that as it is a mattifying powder so some may find it a bit drying in the cool weather.

It gives you a light to medium coverage depending upon the applicator used. On using a puff, the coverage is medium and it gives a light coverage if a powder brush is used to apply it. It can set your makeup really well if you use it lightly in the end using a powder brush.
Staying power: I love the fact that this product doesn’t make my face overly powdery or cakey. It keeps me matte where my shiny areas are for 3-4 hours easily, even in the outside heat.
Packaging:The packaging is not that impressive as the lid is not totally secured. It would loosen easily and may keep falling off. Also the pack doesn’t include any mirror and applicator inside so you may need to carry an additional brush always.
Pros:
  • Soft and extremely lightweight texture.
  • The choice of shades is good and suits the Indian skin toe well.
  • Brightens up the complexion instantly.
  • Keeps the face matte and shine free for 4 hours easily.
  • Hides the minor imperfection well.
  • It can set your entire makeup very well.
  • Cheap
  • Quantity you receive is immense and so it’ll last you really long.
Cons:
  • Packaging is not that good.
  • No mirror or applicator provided in the pack.
  • It may not hide the marks/scars fully so a concealer is a must have under it.
  • A mattifying powder like this one may dry out the skin in the cool weather.
Ratings:4.3/5
Recommendations: This is definitely a must try for combination to oily skinned beauties out there. As in summers, even the normal and dry skinned girls tend to sweat more, so this product may be handy for you too. At this price, I positively recommend it to everyone.
That is my completely bare face on the left and with just this compact on the Right!
