Revlon Colorstay Concealer Review
You girls have appreciated my lashes so much,I just can’t thank you enough! I feel super happy everytime I hear it. But but but I feel super duper sad when I see these dark circles :(. Blame it on my bad habits of not sleeping on time and not drinking enough water and yes sticking on the laptop or phone screen all the time. 🙁 I have tried many remedies but they don’t seem to go away! I have accepted the fact that if I can’t change my bad habits then I have to make a concealer my best friend! So this is going to be my first concealer review on ETM. I usually use MAC studio finish or Clinique even better concealer but since these two take quite a lot of time to warm up and blend and I usually don’t have much patience in the morning to spend that much time on just concealing and I started looking for easy everyday wear concealer. I heard some good reviews about the Revlon ColorStay Concealer so I thought of giving this a shot. 🙂

My Take On Revlon Colorstay Concealer:
The SA told me that it comes in 6 shades however at the store only 3 shades (01 Light, 04 Medium Moyen & 06 Deep) were there. I found the 04 Medium Moyen shade good enough for me. 🙂
Revlon colorstay concealer has a sponge tip applicator, which makes it easy to apply and dot on blemishes. I usually take some product on the back of my hand and then apply the concealer with my fingers (hygiene issue!)
The texture of this colorstay concealer from Revlon is neither too thick nor too runny. It blends easily and gives you enough time to work upon before it settles down. It lasted on me for around 9+ hours and it did not oxidize. The coverage is medium but it can be build and doesn’t give cakey appearance. It creases on my upper eyelid though. So I have to take care of that part with a compact.
Pros of Revlon Colorstay Concealer:
- Travel friendly packaging.
- Soft sponge applicator.
- Medium consistency.
- Blends easily.
- Medium-buildable coverage.
- Good staying power.
- 6 Shades available
Cons of Revlon Colorstay Concealer:
- Might crease after sometime if you have really oily eyelids.
Will I Repurchase And Recommend This?
I quite like this one. I find it easy to blend and use. It’s inexpensive as well. Although I still use MAC or Clinique whenever I have to go for a party or any function. But this has become my everyday wear concealer as of now. I’ll give this one a rating of 4/5.
Review by Radhika ETM Edit* Seems like a good option from the drugstore range. BTW you must try colorbar coverup stick concealer as well Radhika. That covers so well and is so easy to blend. Most of the time I am also quite impatient and end up using that one instead of MAC or my Clinique one. I will check this out at the counter soon. :)
