Honey and almonds
These two elements are the best type of materials found that help to improve your skin health and skin tone. The best way to apply it is to mix one tablespoon of milk, one teaspoon honey, few drops of lemon juice and ½-1 teaspoon of almond oil. You have to apply it on the skin and leave it on the skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash it off with fresh cold water for best results.
Cucumber and watermelon
The saying goes, as cool as a cucumber. This fruit is extremely good for health and also skin health. Cucumber has Vitamin D in it and also has a cooling and soothing effect on our skins. Drinking cucumber or watermelon juice on a regular basis will help you get a very healthy and lighter skin tone. The even skin tone will be achieved if you can rub cucumber slices on the darkened portions of your face.
Milk and saffron
Milk has calcium and phosphorous in it which are energising elements that promotes face skin health and enables whitening. Ground a bit of saffron, mix in with the milk and apply the mixture on the face and keep it for 10-15 minutes. Wash the face with cool fresh water for best results. Fresh fruit juices
As long as fresh fruits are avaibale, there cannot be any chemical in the world that is going to be better. You may receive fast actions from chemicals but fresh fruit juices will have a better and long lasting effect on the skin of your face. While you can always rub peels of fresh fruits on the skin, drinking juices of orange, pomegranate, green apple, lemon, carrots and pineapple can prove extremely beneficial for the skin.
Orange peel and Yoghurt
Yoghurt has a good amount of anti-oxidants in it which help to freshen up skin and also to get rid of the dark spots on the skin. The dark patches over the eyelids and around the nose and forehead can be easily removed by rubbing some orange peel on it. You can also make a paste of orange peels and yoghurt and apply it on your skin of 15-20 minutes. Rinse it with cold fresh water for the best results.
