L’Oreal Paris Infallible Sexy Balm “Never Stop” Swatch and Review
As promised in my last post, Today I have the “bold” shade from the two L’Oreal infallible sexy balms I grabbed few weeks back. The “sheer” shade Go Pretty Or Go Home has been my go to lip colour for many days. Now let’s find out how “Never Stop” fared. 🙂
Price: 14.95 AUD (equivalent to INR 750/- appx. )

My Experience With L’Oreal Paris Infallible Sexy Balm “Never Stop” :
Out of th 4 bold shades that L’Oreal has, Adventure (A bright blue based fuchsia) was my preferred choice but the colour looked so similar to Pure Amaranthe on lips that I decided to pick something different. To be honest all 4 of them are beautiful bold colours similar to few lipsticks I have in my collection, but Never Stop was my final pick mainly because it reminds me of another gorgeous coral pink MAC Crosswires that I had. (HAD because I lost it 🙁)
L’Oreal Paris Infallible Sexy Balm “Never Stop” is a super bright coral pink. A kind that draws attention to your face. However it is not neon and can be worn by lighter and medium skin tone with ease. It may look too loud on dark complexion though, so you need to keep that in mind. It appears more orange in Bullet but has enough pink to show up on lips.
The texture of L’Oreal Paris Infallible Bold Sexy Balm “Never Stop” is very different than the sheer “Go Pretty Or Go Home“. It is creamy and glides like a dream on the lips. The colour comes out so saturated in one single swipe. I really did not expect it to be so pigmented. This has to be the smoothest formula I have used in my lipsticks so far. Coral pinks do not always come right even in the most pigmented formulas but this one applies uniformly on lips without being streaky. Well done L’Oreal. 😀

The colour applies glossy but sets into a satin finish that is very comfortable on lips. It has a slightly sticky feeling immediately post application which disappears in about 5-7 minutes. While it does not feel heavy I would not call it lightweight too. It also transfers onto mugs and glasses very easily.
As far as longevity gives, Never Stop manages to last 3 hours max on my lips with a meal. It starts fading from the centre after a meal and gathers on the edge of lips needing a touch up immediately. I do sometimes just smack my lips and smoothen it with my fingers to get a uniform wash of light colour but the best way to go about it is touching it up. This also settles into lip lines after about 2 hours of wear.
The bold Infallible sexy balm‘s packaging is similar to the sheer ones except for the shiny opaque metallic cap. Like the former this also has colour coordinated cap and bottom stickers to make it easy for us.

Overall I really like the L’Oreal Paris Infallible Sexy “Sheer” Balm over this Bold balm owing to the above mentioned reasons. The colour is gorgeous so is the pigmentation and finish, however it requires too much attention to look good throughout the day which is a deal breaker for me.
My Rating: 3.25 out of 5
My Recommendation: Personally I prefer low maintenance lip colours, but if touching it up is not an issue with you then you should give this range a try. All 4 bold shades are amazingly pigmented and look really good on our Indian complexion. Yalo yolo and Adventure really had my attention for a long time before I decided upon Never Stop.
