My take on The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel-
The packaging is excellent! The liquid peel from the Drops of Youth range comes in a sturdy green colored plastic bottle with a black pump packaging & an efficient pump-lock which you have to pop off before dispensing the product ^_^ That way, there is no danger of spilling or leaking <3 Easy to use & travel with!
The peel is colorless & unlike my assumption, very runny & easy to spread on cleansed skin 🙂 I massaged it in a gentle circular motion & within a few seconds, very literally saw it clump on my face with my remnant dirt, grime & traces of make up ^_^ I then washed my face with cold water & that took a little time since the clumps seemed to love my face & didn’t want to be rinsed off 😛
After rinsing my skin & patting it dry, I was just amazed at how smooth & soft my skin was- much much more than any scrub has ever made it feel & you guys know I am a sworn scrubby girl who hoards scrubs 😐 But this peel!! It literally seemed to detoxify & cleanse my skin completely without any physical abrasion, stripping out any oils & left my skin looking so soft, supple & radiant <3 In love!
The peel has a strong chemical scent which I don’t get on board with but it fades within seconds so it really doesn’t matter.
Pros of The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel:
1> Amazing spill-proof packaging in a sturdy plastic bottle & a pump dispenser with a lock 🙂
2> Texture is very runny & easy to spread on the skin.
3> The peel balls up within seconds of massaging & peels away dirt, grime, traces of makeup.
4> My skin has never felt this smooth & soft with any other great scrub even!
5> Did not irritate my sensitive skin at all 🙂
6> Skin looks radiant, detoxified & plump 🙂
Cons of The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel:
Strong chemical fragrance 😐

Do I recommend The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel?
The Body Shop Drops of Youth Liquid Peel has surprisingly sent all my normal physical exfoliators to the back seat which is unheard of in my case 😛 I usually love a good, gritty scrub but oh my god, not any more! This liquid peel is easy to use, gentle on sensitive skin & makes skin look so lovely & radiant 🙂 Recommended!
