Sephora Yuzu Cleansing Cream Review + Demo
Another makeup remover! 🙊I seem to have developed an obsession with makeup removers of all kinds. I am still hoarding them like crazy even though I have enough to last me a year. Anyways, this cute little thing I have for you Today is a part of Sephora’s colourful mix and play range and belongs to the “Yuzu” range that comes in bright yellow packaging. I have reviewed the Rose micellar cleansing milk from the same Sephora mix and play collection few days back. So you might want to check that out as well. But before you do, let’s find out more about Sephora Yuzu Cleansing Cream.

My Experience With Sephora Yuzu Cleansing Cream :
The packaging is nice bright yellow. The tube with a flip open cap works perfectly with the thick creamy texture of the cleanser. I do feel getting the last bit out of this tube pack would be a problem. The entire mix and play range is aimed at making travel friendly cleansers and this cute small tube fits my pouch easily.
Sephora Yuzu cleansing cream has a very rich creamy texture that spreads well when you massage it on face / neck. It melts like butter and dissolves makeup without much effort. But that’s really when the mess begins. I have tried mixing it with water before / after applying on face, wiping with a wet cotton pad, washing with warm water, but it never worked for me. It leaves behind a horrible grease / oil coat on face that just refuses to leave my skin unless I follow up with a foaming cleanser afterwards. I also get blurry eyed while removing eye makeup with this one. The tacky residue is the deal breaker for me and am sure no one will enjoy that feeling cause it does not feel clean at all.
Sephora Yuzu cleansing cream Has a nice citrusy fragrance that I like. But honestly what’s the point if I can’t use it? Anyways, this has become my swatch remover at this moment and I don’t plan to try any cleansing creams from Sephora mix and play range in future.

My Rating: 2 out of 5
My Recommendation: No. I won’t recommend Sephora Yuzu cleansing cream to anyone. This removes makeup, but leaves behind an extremely tacky residue that again needs a good foaming cleanser to clean up.
