Patanjali Kesh Kanti Almond Hair Conditioner Review-
Today I am going to review Patanjali Kesh Kanti Hair Conditioner in Almond. I have previously used most of Patanjali’s hair washes but this one is my first hair conditioner from this brand. When I visited my nearest Patanjali store to get a conditioner, they showed me 4 variants. This particular variant had Almond oil and Olive oil as the main ingredients so I picked up this one. I have been using it on my dry, frizzy and damaged hair for a while now. Keep reading to find out how it fared.
What Patanjali Says-
Patanjali Kesh Kanti Hair Conditioner in Almond controls unruly hair, nourishes and helps in detangling. Along with making the hair healthy and strong it decreases split end and hairfall.
How to Use: According to the usage directions, this product needs to be applied on the hair after washing and gently messages on the scalp but I apply it only on the ends of my hair, not on the scalp. After application it is directed to keep the product on the hair for 1-2 minutes before rinsing out.
Price: Rs.60 for 100gm
My take on Patanjali Kesh Kanti Almond Hair Conditioner-
This conditioner comes in a white plastic squeeze tube with flip-top cap. The front side mentions product name and pictorials of the main ingredients while the other side lists ingredient list, usage details etc. The packaging is quite sturdy, leak-proof and travel-friendly.
This Almond and Olive enriched conditioner is white in colour. Its consistency is quite thick and creamy. In spite of its dense formula, the product is very easy to spread over the wet hair.
It has a mild herbal smell. The fragrance is not too overpowering. The intensity of the fragrance is lost greatly after washing the conditioner off from the hair.
I have curly-wavy hair with dryness and hairfall problem. My scalp skin is oily while my hair ends are dry. Currently I am growing out my hair so I always opt for conditioners that can control the dryness without making it look flat. Keeping these facts in mind, I have found this Patanjali conditioner to be a great choice for my hair. I apply it after washing my hair and let it stay there for 4-5 minutes. I have tried shampoos from the same brand as well as other brands long with it but the same brand shampoos seem to perform better with it.
This conditioner makes my hair soft to touch, manageable and brings a little bit of shine. It makes my hair easy to comb and hairfall due to breakage becomes lesser this way. It did not control my hair fall but it did not increase hairfall either. I am quite happy that I got this one because performance wise it is comparable to several popular silicone hair conditioner available in Indian market.
