Kama Ayurveda Pure Lavender Water Review-
Hello beautiful ladies,
I absolutely adore facial mists and being a big fan of Kama Ayurveda as a brand I’ve tried all their variants of facial mists. Today, I’ll be reviewing Kama Ayurveda lavender water facial mist.
What Kama Ayurveda Says-
Handpicked from the wild in the Himalayas, this Lavender Water has unparalleled soothing properties that provides an instant boost to the skin and reduces stress with its herbaceous fragrance. Lavender is a natural anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial ingredient that cools and refreshes in hot and humid weather. Its calming action makes it perfect for sensitive, irritated skin prone to rashes and allergies. A natural anti-depressant, a few sprays of this water relieves frayed nerves, reduces tension and even aids in getting a good night’s sleep.

My take on the Kama Ayurveda Pure Lavender Water-
The packaging is very basic deep brown tinted plastic bottle with a spray head on the top. The spray is actually good quality and gives out even and fine spray. Also the deep brown tint of the bottles is meant to keep the quality of the product intact. The 50ml bottle is small and easy to carry around and can be used as and when required.
The product is clear like water and has a faint lavender smell to I which doesn’t seem artificial or overpowering. 2-3 sprays covers the whole face and it sinks into the skin in less than a minute if you don’t rub it in with cotton or fingers.
I spray it after cleansing and drying my face and let it sink into my skin on its own. It doesn’t leave any oily or sticky residue and even the smell fades after it sinks into the skin. It mildly hydrates the skin and gives it a fresh brightened up look whilst it reducing the appearance of pores. It also cools down the face in summery and humid days of Delhi. It does not contain alcohol or any artificial ingredients.
It does soothe and calm the skin if sprayed after waxing, threading or exfoliating. It does not irritate the skin any manner whatsoever. I apply it before using my make up too as it hydrates the skin and also add it in my face packs.
I am not sure about the calming effect or helping in inducing sleep but I think these kind effects vary from person to person.
Pros of the Kama Ayurveda Pure Lavender Water:
- Easy to use and carry
- Reduces appearance of pore
- Keeps oil at bay
- Sooths and calms the skin
- Mildly hydrates
- Brightens up the face
- Suits all skin types
Cons of the Kama Ayurveda Pure Lavender Water:
- Boring packaging. (not really a con)
My Rating: 5/5!
