Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Foam Review & Swatch-
Hey lovely ladies!
I needed a face cleanser for a long time & decided to give in to the brand which everybody in India has been raving about lately- Innisfree ^_^ I had tried out the Olive & Green Tea variants from my friends & loved both but the Olive one was OOS when I was ordering & thought to get this one instead 🙂 Read on to know if I love it!
What Innisfree Says-
Green tea cleansing foam shields the moisture of skin with its smooth lather that contains freshly squeezed Jeju Green tea.
- Fresh green tea extracted from organically grown green tea leaves is rich in amino acids and minerals that moisturize and brighten skin that has become dehydrated from cleansing.
- The dense, rich foam washes off makeup residue and dirt from inside pores, leaving skin feeling clean and refreshed.

My take on the Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Foam-
The cleansing foam comes in a sturdy green tube with a dark green flip-top cap on it 🙂 Very easy to use & carry around without any leakage issues 🙂
The cleansing foam in white in color with a creamy white consistency & I only need a tiny amount each time to wash my entire face & neck 🙂 It applies like a cream & I massage it with water to get a lovely, mild soft foam. It is very easy to rinse off (thank goodness, I hate gel based slippery face washes) & leaves my skin feeling all clean & nice without the least dry/stretchy <3 My skin looks fresh, bright & healthy *_*
Generally I avoid foamy cleansers for my skin since the recent past months because they tend to horribly dry out my skin but this baby is certainly a welcome surprise ^_^ It does not strip my skin at all & I can skip a moisturiser immediately after washing my face which is quite uncommon ever since I moved to Pune.
The cleanser is quite mild though & though the brand claims that this is efficient in removing makeup from face, i kind of disagree. It is quite all right if you have got very minimal everyday makeup on- like a BB cream, compact etc but for a full face of makeup, this is certainly not enough & you have to go in with a proper remover.
This foam did not aggravate or irritate my skin in any way in the last 3+ weeks of using it twice a day 🙂
The fragrance is fresh, light & so so nice ^_^ I look forward to washing my face solely because of it 😛
Pros of the Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Foam:
1> Cute & convenient tube packaging 🙂
2> Creamy textured foam- only a little bit is required every time.
3> Cleans dirt & grime from skin efficiently without drying out skin.
4> Does not irritate sensitive skin at all.
5> Fresh, green fragrance which lingers 🙂
Cons of the Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Foam:
Not effective in deep cleansing or removing make up.
Swatch of the Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Foam-
My Rating: 4.5/5!
Do I recommend the Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Foam?
Innisfree Green Tea Cleansing Foam is a mild, daily use facial cleanser with lots of antioxidant skin-good ingredients in its list 🙂 It does not dry out my sensitive dry skin & I only need a tiny bit each time making it cost effective as well 😀 It is nothing path breaking but as a regular mild cleanser, I love it & would recommend it!
