The Body Shop Matte Lip Liquid in “Nairobi Camellia” Review & Swatch-
I love TBS skincare range and recently I have started exploring their makeup range as well! The ones that I have used turn out to be as awesome as their skincare products. Today I will be reviewing their Matte Lip Liquid. The shade that I will be describing is Nairobi Camellia (34).

My take on The Body Shop Matte Lip Liquid in “Nairobi Camellia”-
I hope you all are familiar with the NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream packaging because this product has a similar packaging. It comes in a plastic transparent tube which has a matte black screw cap. The cap has a long applicator attached to it which has really nice bristles that helps in precise application of the shade. Overall the packaging is quite decent and travel friendly.
Firstly though it claims to be liquid but it is more on the creamy side. I don’t find much difference if I compare with the regular matte lip creams that I have. The best part of the product is that though it is matte but it does not have any drying formula. This is probably because of the beeswax that it contains which keeps my lips moisturized. I can skip my primer and lip balm with this one. The lip liquid stays well for about 4-5 hours and does not break or transfer! It is a very good investment if you are looking for something natural to wear daily.
The shade “Nairobi Camellia” is one of the most selling shades of this range. If you check it online on Nykaa, you will find it sold out most of the time. Luckily I found this in one of TBS stores near me. It is a very light pinkish shade almost towards the nude side. It is perfect for daily use and in fact I have used this for a wedding with dark eye makeup.
