L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam Review & Swatch-
Hello pretties 🙂
It’s very confusing weather right now in UK & the change in season & water has taken a toll on my skin to the extent that I cannot use most of my skincare stuff I brought with me 🙁 So inspite of having an almost full FE face cleanser sitting in my cupboard, I have had to revisit one of my very favorite cleansers- the precious cleansing foam from the Immortelle range of L’Occitane.
What L’Occitane Says-
Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam gently cleanses the face and eliminates impurities while preserving the freshness of young skin. A part of our Immortelle Precious anti-aging skincare collection, this foaming cleanser helps to smooth and firm the skin. Made with organic Immortelle floral water, it provides a unique moment of relaxation, leaving behind the soft floral fragrance of this golden flower. Suitable for all skin types.

My take on the L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam-
The packaging is all-in-one! Luxurious, convenient & travel friendly in a navy blue sturdy plastic bottle with a tight cap & a white foam dispenser pump 🙂 It is both very easy to use & carry.
The face cleanser comes out as a white, lightweight foam which is enough to cleanse both face & neck thoroughly 🙂 I massage it all over my skin & love how soft & luxurious it feels as it cleans my skin without stripping the natural oils. Generally foams are drying in nature but not this baby! My skin feels clean, soft & supple without any stretchy/dry feel.
The Immortelle range is an anti-ageing range from L’Occitane & while they do claim this to be an anti-wrinkle face cleanser (say whaaaaa?), IMO no product which stays on skin for 30 seconds maximum can fight ageing 😛 Neither does this but it is a lovely, balanced face cleanser which does not aggravate my skin in any way & makes it look supple, clean & radiant.
It is a mild cleansing foam by all means & certainly not enough to remove proper make up from face (nor do they claim it do so) & I mostly use it after removing make up to remove all the last traces 🙂
The fragrance is pretty mild & non overwhelming & fades in moments so great for sensitive skins & noses.
Pros of the L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam:
1> Pretty, convenient & travel friendly packaging 🙂
2> Non-drying foam cleanser which cleans without stripping.
3> Skin looks clean, supple & radiant.
4> Does not irritate/aggravate sensitive skin.
5> For all skin types.
6> Great ingredient list 🙂
7> Mild & nice fragrance.
Cons of the L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam:
It claims to fight wrinkles & ageing which is ridiculous!
Swatch of the L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam-
My Rating: 4.8/5!
Do I recommend the L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam?
L’Occitane Immortelle Precious Cleansing Foam is one of my old loves for sure & last time I had thrown away my empty bottle when I remembered that I had forgotten to review it! Even now, when my skin was all acting up, it soothed & calmed my skin down without drying it out 🙂 It is extremely pricey no doubt, but it has been worth it for me. Recommended.
