Laura Mercier Foundation Primer – Radiance Review & Swatch-
Hello lovely ladies 🙂
I have never had a primer in my life & certainly not in my makeup routine since I am both too lazy & too busy to bother with all the proper stages of makeup but I was watching a makeup tutorial on youtube the other day & was simply entranced to see her skin glowing like nobody’s business. I promptly placed an order for this online as she attributed her glow to this baby- the foundation primer in radiance.

My take on the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer – Radiance-
The cream is packaged in a sturdy, sleek, beige colored tube with a nozzle mouth opening & a matching screw-on cap. It is both easy to use & travel with 🙂
The texture is a very lightweight fluid which is very easy to spread & blend into skin, getting absorbed within seconds 🙂 Skin immediately looks smoother, more hydrated & lit up from within but with a very natural radiant glow 🙂 For a new mom what more can I want but well-rested, glowing skin?
It is a primer according to Laura Mercier but is also much more than that. It is a great tinted moisturiser which offers almost no to very sheer coverage but makes skin look supple, healthy & glowing– so much so that I just slather it on top of my sunblock on days I just cannot be bothered with proper makeup. It works great & looks amazing both by itself & underneath any base.
My only gripe is that it comes with no SPF but it is a primer essentially so it’s kind of okay. But I still kind of wish it had ticked every single box.
It does not make my skin greasier/drier & certainly does not aggravate my sensitive skin.
Pros of the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer – Radiance:
1> Very convenient packaging- sleek tube with nozzle mouth, perfect for use & travel.
2> Dreamy, fluid, lightweight texture, blends in moments.
3> Instantly brightens up skin & covers up minor imperfections & uneven tone.
4> Skin looks bare & naturally radiant.
5> Hydrates skin but does not leave behind any greasy/tacky feeling.
6> Does not aggravate my sensitive skin.
7> Creates a smooth & supple canvas for any makeup base.
Cons of the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer – Radiance:
Does not have SPF.
Is on the pricier side.
Swatch of the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer – Radiance-
My Rating: 4.9/5!
Do I recommend the Laura Mercier Foundation Primer – Radiance?
Laura Mercier Foundation Primer – Radiance is a very versatile makeup primer, tinted moisturiser with great antioxidant ingredients & all in all a very good pick-me-up for dull, tired skin. I have been loving it on its own on days I am too lazy & it makes my skin supple, smooth & way better than it really is. Love it & would certainly recommend.
