Radox Bath Oil Soothing Rose Review-
I hardly brought any oil based products here from Pune & wanted to pick up a bath oil to treat my chapped, dry skin in the dry wintry months. What I didn’t know properly was that here bath oil specifically means something which you pour into a hot steaming tub full of water & immerse yourself in it, not really the sort which you can apply on skin during/after a bath.

My take on the Radox Bath Oil Soothing Rose-
The oil comes in a transparent sturdy plastic bottle with an open mouth & a silver screw-on cap. It is not very convenient to take with you inside the shower since it has a tendency to slip & spill quite a lot, nor is it ideal to travel with.
The oil is light pink in color with a medium thick, slightly sticky texture which unfortunately makes it unsuitable for application after a bath which is incidentally, my only way to use a body oil :-/ So I had to apply it before my shower & rinse it off which was quite easy to do & my skin felt nice, soft & supple & not sticky. But sort of defied the purpose as I had to apply my lotion anyway (keep in mind I have VERY DRY skin :-()
The way they told us to use it was the nicest way for sure & not convenient with a baby at home so I hardly got to use it 2-3 times, pouring it into a hot bath & immersing myself. It did not foam much, felt very soothing on my tired skin & joints & hydrated my skin beautifully. My husband liked it a lot as well.
The fragrance is a sweet, rose scent a bit on the cloying side as rose scents often lean to & I was not a fan but thankfully it fades in minutes.
Pros of the Radox Bath Oil Soothing Rose:
1> Hydrates skin beautifully when poured into bath & relaxes joints.
2> Did not aggravate my sensitive skin in any way.
3> Was not slippery/sticky on rinsing off.
4> Very affordable.
Cons of the Radox Bath Oil Soothing Rose:
Inconvenient packaging for travelling.
Slightly sticky texture rules it out as a multipurpose oil.
My Rating: 3.9/5!
Do I recommend the Radox Bath Oil Soothing Rose?
Radox Bath Oil Soothing Rose is a nice & very affordable bath oil which comes in a variety of scents & feels very soothing & hydrating on skin if you use it properly in a bath & immerse yourself in it. I however, was looking for a bath oil to slather on after a shower & this did not fit in that groove. Not its fault in any way but I would not repurchase since I have no time for long, relaxing baths!
