Nivea Clay Fresh Body Wash Hibiscus & White Sage Review & Swatch-
Hello my lovely ladies!
Summer is here in UK & the days are quite hot with the sun beating down upon us so I stowed away all our shower creams & shower mousse things & instead went hunting in Boots for a fresh smelling shower gel. It seems clay based body washes are the trend right now since Palmolive, Dove & Nivea all have simultaneously launched clay shower gels 😛 I went ahead with Nivea since it smelled the nicest & saw that it also had landed on Nykaa recently!
What Nivea Says-
- Skin is left feeling pure, deeply clean and noticeably velvety soft
- pH skin balanced – suitable for everyday use
- Deeply cleanses the skin, without leaving it feeling dry or tight
- Fresh Hibiscus & White Sage scent to uplift your senses
- Daily body wash, with kaolin clay of natural origin

My take on the Nivea Clay Fresh Body Wash Hibiscus & White Sage-
As with the Nivea shower gels here, it comes in pretty much the same packaging with a sleek flat bottle which is baby blue in color (the clay range) with a flip-top cap. It is not very travel friendly owing to the size but is otherwise convenient to use.
The texture is medium thick, creamy & a pearly pink in color which does not lather much even when slathered on. It feels not so slippy-slathery and instead soft and mild on skin. It cleans skin very well but I think it does dry out my skin a bit & I need to moisturise immediately. Do note that I have horribly parched body skin so this might be just fine with normal skinned people.
The fragrance is fresh, uplifting & mildly floral which lingers on skin for a little while before fading away & feels lovely in this weather.
Pros of the Nivea Clay Fresh Body Wash Hibiscus & White Sage:
1> Sturdy packaging with flip-top cap.
2> Soft, creamy texture- does not lather much.
3> Cleans skin very well of the daily dirt & grime.
4> Very fresh, uplifting fragrance.
Cons of the Nivea Clay Fresh Body Wash Hibiscus & White Sage:
It did dry out my skin a bit.
Swatch of the Nivea Clay Fresh Body Wash Hibiscus & White Sage-
My Rating: 4.5/5!
