Forest Essentials Japaphatti Head Massage Oil Review-
Hey my lovelies!
I have always loved the FE hair oils & have used the bhringraj one in the past. This time when my mom was coming to the UK, I asked her to bring back the japaphatti variant which I have been using since then & liking it quite a lot.
What Forest Essentials Says-
This nourishing, cold-pressed head massage oil is ideal for dry, damaged and chemically treated hair. It is prepared with the finest quality herbs to arrest hair loss, promote the growth of healthy new hair, and improve its overall texture and volume. Rich Coconut Milk with pure Coconut Oil is blended with Hibiscus and Japapatti leaf infusions for thickening hair and restoring shine. As the oil penetrates deep into the hair follicles, the herbs also soak easily into the scalp, ensuring that the hair is well nourished and lush.
- Nourishes dry and damaged hair while relaxing the mind
- Controls hair fall, and improves quality and colour
- Prevents pre-mature hair greying
- Cold-pressed oil that delivers the nutritious properties of the ingredients to your scalp
- Free from SLS/SLES (Sulphates), Parabens, and Petrochemicals
Price: 1350/- INR for 200 ml in India.
My take on the Forest Essentials Japaphatti Head Massage Oil-
The FE oils packaging still remain the same- tall, square transparent bottle with a nozzle mouth opening & a golden screw-on cap. It does come in a smaller 50 ml size so that’s easy to travel with but otherwise it is easy to use & carry.
The oil is dark green in colour, rich & non-sticky in texture. I usually apply the oil on my scalp, massaging gently a couple of hours before I shampoo. The oil being non-greasy is both easy to apply & wash off with a single application of shampoo 🙂
After washing & drying, my hair definitely feels more tamed, softer & the itchiness of my scalp felt a bit better for a couple of days. I have also observed a slight decrease in my hair fall since the last month when I wash my hair so yay!
The hair oil has a very pungent, herbal smell which thankfully doesn’t linger in hair.
Pros of the Forest Essentials Japaphatti Head Massage Oil:
1> Travel-friendly, sturdy bottle packaging with nozzle mouth.
2> Rich, hydrating, non-sticky texture- easy to apply & wash off.
3> Softens, tames hair & soothes my sensitive scalp.
4> Has decreased my hair fall to an extent.
5> All natural ingredients.
Cons of the Forest Essentials Japaphatti Head Massage Oil:
My Rating: 4.5/5!
Do I recommend the Forest Essentials Japaphatti Head Massage Oil?
Forest Essentials Japaphatti Head Massage Oil is a luxurious herbal enriched hair oil which definitely hydrates hair & scalp & helps with my scalp issues & hair fall. It is very pricey no doubt but does live up to its claims.
