I am sure all of you have tried & tested the very affordable & potent formulations from The Ordinary & I have mostly liked everything I have tried from them. My bestie recently begged me to try their matrixyl serum with hyaluronic acid & yeah, it was amazing.

What The Ordinary Says-

The Ordinary’s Matrixyl 10% + HA High Strength Peptide Formulation is a high performance solution that works to visibly combat signs of ageing.

Combining two generations of Matrixyl (Matrixyl 3000 and Matrixyl Synthe’6), the solution utilises a specialised Hyaluronic Acid delivery system to effectively reduce the appearance of both old and new wrinkles.

My take on the The Ordinary Matrixyl 10%+HA High Strength Peptide Formulation-

The serum comes in the typical DECEIM packaging of white clinical bottles with droppers. As a result all their products look similar which I don’t like but yeah otherwise they are convenient enough to use. Being glass bottles though, I wouldn’t travel with them.

The serum is colourless with a very runny consistency. It sinks into skin like magic within seconds & simply disappears without any tacky residue 🙂 Skin immediately feels supple, well-rested & hydrated. I have normal/dry skin but usually I never need any other moisturizer to layer on top.

I do notice my skin looking soothed & rested & any stretchiness is immediately gone 🙂 I always apply a few drops onto my face & neck as soon as I cleanse & tone my face & I do love the combination on my skin for a burst of weightless moisture & supple, radiant skin.

The fine lines around my eyes & mouth do look reduced after a couple of months of daily use & it has not irritated/aggravated my skin in any way.

The serum has no discernible fragrance & hence suitable for all skin types even sensitive skin.
